The property, acquired by Mahesh Jagwani and Harsh Jagwani, directors at Notandas Realty, stands on a plot of approximately 1,038.50 square meters with a built-up area of about 11,836.94 square meters. Villa Wilson is notably situated close to Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan's residence, Jalsa, adding to its prestige and allure.

The acquisition of Villa Wilson follows Notandas Realty's earlier purchase of the iconic sea-facing Leela Bungalow in Juhu for ₹221 crore.
