Netweb Technologies India Ltd, a provider of High-end Computing Solutions (HCS), announced it has raised approximately ₹1,200 crore through a Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP). This marks the company's first equity capital raise since its listing on the NSE and BSE in July 2023. However, the news was met with a negative market reaction, as the stock fell 4.44% to a low of ₹5,215.25 per share on Tuesday, following a 2.62% decline in the previous session.
