The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced that admit cards for the NEET-PG 2026 examination will be released on Tuesday, August 25. This update comes after a revision to the previously communicated schedule for the crucial postgraduate medical entrance test.
Revised Admit Card Release Date
Originally, the admit cards were slated for release on August 24. However, the NBEMS cited "certain unavoidable circumstances" and specific requests received from the states of Assam and Meghalaya as reasons for the slight postponement. Candidates are advised to check the official NBEMS website for the latest updates and to download their admit cards promptly once available.
NEET-PG 2026 Exam Details
The NEET-PG 2026 examination remains scheduled for Sunday, August 30, 2026. The test will be conducted in a single shift, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. As in previous years, the examination will be administered via computer-based testing (CBT) mode across various centers.
Candidates had previously received their Test City Intimation on August 11, 2026. This latest revision marks another change in the admit card timeline, which was initially set for August 27 before being moved to August 24, and now finally to August 25.
