Bengaluru-based fintech company Moneyview, incorporated in 2014, has finalized the basis of allotment for its equity shares today, September 29, 2026. The initial public offering (IPO) aimed to raise Rs 1,092 crore, with shares offered in a price band of Rs 32-34 apiece between September 24 and September 28, 2026.
Following a robust subscription, applicants are now eager to confirm their share allotment. Those who successfully secured shares will see them credited to their demat accounts, while others will have their IPO mandates revoked and refunds processed by September 30, 2026. The shares are scheduled for listing on both NSE Ltd and BSE Ltd on Thursday, October 1, 2026.
How to Check Moneyview IPO Allotment Status
Via MUFG Intime India (Registrar)
- Visit the official web portal of MUFG Intime India Limited.
- Select the Moneyview IPO from the dropdown menu (it will be visible once allotment is finalized).
- Choose one of three modes to check: Application number, Demat Account number, or PAN ID.
- For 'Application type', select between ASBA and non-ASBA.
- Enter the details corresponding to your chosen mode.
- Complete the security captcha accurately.
- Click 'Submit' to view your allotment status.
Via NSE Website
- Go to NSE's IPO allotment page.
- Select ‘Equity & SME IPO Bid details’.
- Under ‘Select Symbol’, choose ‘MONEYVIEW’.
- Enter your PAN Number and Application Number.
- Click on ‘Submit’ to proceed.
Via BSE Website
- Visit BSE's IPO allotment page.
- Under 'Issue Type', click 'Equity'.
- From the 'Issue Name' dropdown, select 'Moneyview Limited'.
- Input your Application Number.
- Add your PAN card ID.
- Click on 'I am not a Robot' and then hit the 'Search' button.
IPO Subscription and Grey Market Premium (GMP)
The Moneyview IPO saw an overwhelming response, being subscribed a total of 98.46 times. It attracted over 48.55 lakh applications, bidding for nearly Rs 77,850 crore. The Qualified Institutional Bidders (QIBs) portion was subscribed 227.45 times, Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) 115.41 times, and the Retail Investors' allocation 19.57 times.
Each lot consisted of 441 equity shares. Despite a mild correction from its initial phase, the grey market premium (GMP) for Moneyview IPO was last heard between Rs 12.5-14 per share, indicating a potential listing gain of 38-41 percent for investors.
Axis Capital, BofA Securities, IIFL Capital Services, and Kotak Mahindra Capital served as the book-running lead managers for the issue, with MUFG Intime India acting as the official registrar.
