Juniper Green Energy, a renewable energy independent power producer, listed its shares at Rs 245 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE), an 8.89 percent premium over its issue price of Rs 225. On the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the stock began trading at Rs 242, reflecting a 7.56 percent premium. The IPO, which was open for subscription from July 30 to August 3, raised Rs 1,800 crore through a fresh issue of over 8 crore equity shares and was subscribed 7.97 times, attracting nearly 2.20 lakh applications.
MV Electrosystems' Impressive Listing
MV Electrosystems, specializing in electrical and power electronics equipment for railway rolling stock, experienced an even more robust debut. Its shares settled with a 22.35 percent premium over the issue price of Rs 425, opening at Rs 520 on the NSE. On the BSE, the stock debuted at Rs 519, a 22.12 percent premium. The company's IPO, also held from July 30 to August 3, raised Rs 290 crore and was overwhelmingly subscribed 188.85 times, drawing close to 37.77 lakh applications.
