JSW Cement, Rashtriya Chemicals Shares Soar Up To 11% After Strong Q4 Results

Shares of JSW Cement and Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers surged up to 11% today following robust financial performance in the fourth quarter. Both companies reported significant jumps in net profit and revenue, driving investor interest.

Shares of JSW Cement Ltd and Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd (RCF) experienced a significant rally in early trade today, climbing as much as 11% following the announcement of their robust financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The strong Q4 numbers, released on Thursday, immediately ignited buying interest across both counters.

JSW Cement Soars on Stellar Q4 Performance

JSW Cement shares were trading 11.33% higher at Rs 142 apiece on the BSE, marking a sharp increase from their previous close of Rs 127.55 per share. The cement manufacturer reported a substantial consolidated net profit of Rs 361.65 crore for the fourth quarter, a massive jump compared to the Rs 16.21 crore reported in the same quarter last year.

The company's revenue from operations also saw a healthy increase of 10.9% year-on-year, reaching Rs 1,894.99 crore, up from Rs 1,709.39 crore in Q4 FY25. According to JSW Cement's investor presentation, total sales volume for the quarter grew by 6.8% year-on-year to 3.99 million tonnes, while operating EBITDA improved by an impressive 45.9% year-on-year to Rs 365 crore.

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Reports Strong Growth

Meanwhile, shares of Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers climbed as much as 9%, touching an intraday high of Rs 136.50 per share. This surge pushed the company’s overall market capitalization to a solid Rs 7,282 crore.

The fertiliser firm delivered a reported consolidated net profit soaring approximately 157% to Rs 186.72 crore, a significant increase from Rs 72.46 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. RCF's revenue from operations also surged around 49% year-on-year, reaching Rs 5,580.57 crore, as against Rs 3,729.67 crore in Q4 FY25.
