Bollywood actor John Abraham has acquired a bungalow in Mumbai's upscale Bandra West for ₹84 crore, expanding his luxury real estate holdings. This purchase, registered on July 14, 2026, highlights strong celebrity interest in Mumbai's premium property market.

Bollywood actor John Abraham has made another significant real estate acquisition, purchasing a luxurious bungalow in Mumbai's affluent Bandra West area for a reported ₹84 crore. This latest investment further expands his growing portfolio of high-value properties in the city.

The transaction, registered on July 14, 2026, involved a stamp duty payment of ₹5.04 crore. According to property registration documents, the freehold bungalow is situated on St. Martin Road in Bandra West, a highly sought-after residential locality known for its exclusivity.

Details of the Bandra Property

The newly acquired property spans a substantial plot area of 1,017.60 square metres. It includes an existing bungalow with a built-up area of approximately 193.12 square metres, along with an additional outhouse measuring about 31.50 square metres. The sellers of the property were identified as Naushir Eruch Divitre, Fredon Eruch Divitre, Crystal Firoz Divitre, and Eruch Firoz Divitre.

Mumbai's Luxury Real Estate Market Heats Up

Abraham's purchase comes at a time when Mumbai's luxury housing market, particularly for independent bungalows in prime areas like Bandra, Juhu, and Malabar Hill, is witnessing robust demand. These properties are often referred to as “trophy homes” by real estate experts due to their rarity and the limited supply of land in such coveted locations, commanding premium prices from affluent buyers and celebrities.

Previous High-Value Acquisitions

This is not John Abraham's first major foray into Mumbai's high-end real estate market. In December 2023, he purchased another luxury bungalow in the Khar area of Mumbai for ₹70.83 crore. That property featured a 5,416-square-foot bungalow on a 7,722-square-foot plot along Linking Road, with a stamp duty of ₹4.24 crore paid at the time of its registration on December 27, 2023.
