New Listings: Indo-MIM, Lohia Corp, Xtranet Technologies Debut

Three companies, Indo-MIM, Lohia Corp, and Xtranet Technologies, officially debuted on the stock market today. These firms collectively raised approximately Rs 5,080 crore through their Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), which ran from July 23 to 27, marking a significant event for their respective industries.

Strong Q1 Earnings Reports

Several companies announced robust financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2026:

  • Eicher Motors

    The Royal Enfield manufacturer reported a 21.3% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit to Rs 1,462.5 crore. Revenue also saw a significant increase of 31.5% YoY, reaching Rs 6,632.4 crore. EBITDA stood at Rs 1,590 crore, with margins improving to 23.98%.

  • Waaree Energies

    The renewable energy company posted a 14.1% YoY increase in net profit to Rs 850.2 crore, while revenue surged by 79.2% YoY to Rs 7,931.8 crore. Waaree Energies reported an impressive order book of approximately Rs 61,500 crore, with module production reaching 3.24 GW during the quarter.

  • Dabur India

    The FMCG giant recorded a 15.3% YoY rise in net profit to Rs 586.2 crore, with revenue growing 10.6% YoY to Rs 3,764.4 crore. Its EBITDA increased by 10.9% YoY to Rs 741 crore, maintaining steady margins at 19.7%. The India FMCG business achieved 9.5% growth, supported by 5% underlying volume growth.

  • MTAR Technologies

    The precision engineering firm saw its net profit jump nearly five-fold YoY to Rs 50.2 crore, as revenue surged 130.4% YoY to Rs 360.7 crore. EBITDA rose to Rs 85 crore from Rs 28 crore a year ago, with margins expanding to 23.5%.

  • Redington

    The technology solutions provider reported a 76.5% YoY jump in net profit at Rs 486 crore, with revenue increasing 34.6% YoY to Rs 34,922.5 crore. EBITDA grew 76.6% YoY to Rs 707 crore, and operating margins expanded to 2.02%.

  • Laxmi Organic Industries

    The specialty chemicals company reported a 216.4% YoY jump in net profit to Rs 67.7 crore, while revenue increased 39.7% YoY to Rs 968 crore. EBITDA surged 270.1% YoY to Rs 114 crore, with EBITDA margins at 11.81%.

  • TBO Tek

    The travel distribution platform reported a 32.4% YoY rise in net profit at Rs 83.4 crore, while revenue surged 81.1% YoY to Rs 925.8 crore. Adjusted EBITDA increased 77% YoY to Rs 150 crore.

  • Punjab National Bank (PNB)

    The state-run lender's board has approved a plan to raise up to $1.5 billion in foreign currency funds through a Medium-Term Note (MTN) Programme. This initiative will be executed via PNB's IFSC Banking Unit at GIFT City.

  • NBCC (India)

    The state-run construction company has formalized an agreement with the Government of the Republic of Seychelles for the Ile Aurore Housing Project, valued at $75 million. The project includes 1,008 affordable housing units and associated infrastructure.

  • Vikran Engineering

    The EPC solutions provider has successfully commissioned the strategically important 132 kV Miao-Namsai transmission line in Arunachal Pradesh, enhancing regional power infrastructure.

  • Hirect

    The rectifiers player secured its first order from the United States for traction motor assemblies, marking its initial entry into the U.S. market. The order is scheduled for delivery during FY27.
