· · 2 min read

IndiGo is marking its 20th anniversary by giving away 20,000 domestic flight tickets. Customers booking directly between August 4-6, 2026, can enter a lucky draw to win a refund up to ₹10,000 per PNR.

IndiGo, India's largest airline, has launched a massive customer giveaway to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Under the 'IndiGoFree' campaign, the airline is offering 20,000 free domestic flight tickets to eligible customers who book directly through its official platforms.

How to Participate in the IndiGoFree Campaign

To be eligible for the lucky draw, customers must book domestic flights between August 4 and August 6, 2026. Bookings must be made exclusively through the IndiGo website, mobile app, or its AI-powered virtual assistant, 6Eskai. Bookings made via travel agents or third-party portals are not included in this offer.

The promotion is valid for Economy and IndiGoStretch bookings, covering both one-way and return journeys. This initiative is part of IndiGo's broader 20th birthday celebrations, designed to express gratitude to the millions of passengers who have flown with the airline over the past two decades.

Winning Your Free Flight

After the booking window closes on August 6, winners will be randomly selected. Successful participants will receive notifications via email and WhatsApp. To claim their prize, selected passengers will need to answer a simple question, with up to three attempts allowed.

Those who answer correctly will be refunded their booking amount, capped at ₹10,000 per Passenger Name Record (PNR). The refund is expected to be processed within three to five business days.

Two Decades of Growth and Connectivity

This campaign highlights a significant milestone for IndiGo, which has transformed from a low-cost domestic carrier into a dominant force in Indian aviation. The airline now boasts a fleet of over 430 aircraft, operates approximately 2,200 daily flights, and connects more than 95 domestic and 40 international destinations. In the fiscal year 2026, IndiGo carried over 123 million passengers.

By launching the IndiGoFree campaign, the airline aims to reward its loyal customer base while simultaneously encouraging more travelers to utilize its direct digital booking channels.
