Hexaware Technologies Ltd. has announced a significant leadership change, with its Chief Executive Officer and Wholetime Director, Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan, stepping down from his role. His resignation is effective October 28, 2026, and he has cited personal interests as the reason for his departure.
Following Ramakarthikeyan's resignation, the company's board, acting on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has appointed Vivek Jetley as the new CEO. Jetley's tenure will also commence on October 28, 2026, and he is slated to hold the office for a period of four years.
Transition and New Leadership
