The initial public offering (IPO) of Glass Wall Systems (India) is set to open for subscription on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, with the bidding window closing on Thursday, September 10, 2026. This Mumbai-based façade solutions and fenestration provider aims to raise Rs 428 crore through its public issue.

Investors can bid for shares within a price band of Rs 172-182 apiece. The minimum application size for retail investors is 82 equity shares, with subsequent bids in multiples thereof.

The Rs 428 crore IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 60 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 2,02,13,722 equity shares amounting to Rs 368 crore by promoters and existing shareholders. The net proceeds from the fresh issue are earmarked primarily for funding capital expenditure requirements to establish a new glass processing unit and for general corporate purposes.

The company boasts over two decades of industry experience, with operations spanning India, the United States, and Australia. For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Glass Wall Systems (India) reported a robust net profit of Rs 83.79 crore on a revenue of Rs 471.43 crore. This marks significant growth from the previous fiscal year (FY25), where net profit stood at Rs 57.51 crore with revenue of Rs 288.14 crore.

The IPO has garnered positive attention from several brokerage firms, with most recommending a 'Subscribe' or 'Subscribe for long-term' rating. Analysts from SBI Securities, Swastika Investmart, Anand Rathi Shares & Stock Brokers, Master Capital Services, BP Equities, and Ventura highlighted the company's strong market position, integrated capabilities, healthy order book, and solid financial performance.

Brokerages noted the company's strong revenue and profit growth, attractive return ratios (ROCE and ROE), and a healthy order book providing future revenue visibility. The IPO's valuation was generally deemed fair when compared to its listed peers.

In the grey market, Glass Wall Systems (India) shares were last heard commanding a premium of Rs 45-50 apiece, suggesting potential listing gains of approximately 25-27 percent for investors.

Listing Details

IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors are serving as the book-running lead managers for the Glass Wall Systems (India) IPO, with MUFG Intime India acting as the registrar for the issue. The company's shares are slated to be listed on both the BSE and NSE on September 16, 2026.
