Vishnu Kant Upadhyay of Master Capital Services offers technical insights on Vodafone Idea, Paradeep Phosphates, and Hindustan Copper stocks. He suggests holding Vodafone Idea, buying Paradeep, and advises on Hindustan Copper's OFS, outlining potential targets and stop losses.

A prominent market expert has provided technical views on key Indian stocks, including Vodafone Idea Ltd, Paradeep Phosphates Ltd, and Hindustan Copper Ltd. Vishnu Kant Upadhyay, AVP (Research) at Master Capital Services, shared his analysis, suggesting potential upside and crucial support levels for these scrips.

Vodafone Idea Ltd.

Upadhyay noted that Vodafone Idea's stock structure appears positive, indicating potential for further appreciation. He identified a potential upside zone for the stock between Rs 18 and Rs 18.50. Investors currently holding positions are advised to maintain a trailing stop loss below Rs 13.50 to manage risk effectively.

Paradeep Phosphates Ltd.

Paradeep Phosphates is another stock on Upadhyay's radar for potential buying. The expert highlighted that the stock is currently trading above all its key moving averages, a bullish indicator. In the short to medium term, he anticipates the stock could move towards the Rs 180-190 range. For those considering an investment, a stop loss below Rs 150 is recommended.

Hindustan Copper Ltd.

Regarding Hindustan Copper, Upadhyay suggested that investors could participate in the government's offer-for-sale (OFS) or consider directly buying the stock. The government initiated a two-day OFS for Hindustan Copper on Tuesday, August 25, aiming to sell up to a 6 percent stake with a floor price of Rs 514 per share for non-retail investors.

For a positional investment horizon stretching more than six to eight months, Upadhyay recommended building positions in a staggered manner. He set a wider stop loss below Rs 470, explaining that this allows for a mean-reversion trade. The expert projected a potential move for Hindustan Copper shares towards the Rs 720-740 range.
