Cloud communication provider Dove Soft will launch its initial public offering (IPO) on September 30, 2026, with shares priced between Rs 104 and Rs 111. The company aims to raise Rs 73.26 crore to fund working capital and general corporate purposes.

Dove Soft, a prominent provider of integrated cloud communication solutions, is set to open its initial public offering (IPO) for subscription on September 30, 2026. The offering will conclude on October 5, 2026, marking a significant step for the company.

IPO Details: Price Band and Issue Size

The price band for the Dove Soft IPO has been fixed at Rs 104 to Rs 111 per equity share. The company intends to raise a total of Rs 73.26 crore through this public issue. This comprises a fresh issue of 53.28 lakh shares, valued at Rs 59.14 crore, and an offer for sale (OFS) of 12.72 lakh shares, amounting to Rs 14.12 crore.

Key Dates and Listing Information

Following the subscription period, share allotment is expected to be finalized on October 6, 2026. Successful applicants will likely see shares credited to their demat accounts by October 7, 2026. Dove Soft shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform on October 8, 2026.

Swastika Investmart has been appointed as the book-running lead manager and market maker for the issue, while Purva Sharegistry India will serve as the registrar.

Share Allocation and Minimum Investment

The total IPO consists of 66,00,000 shares. After accounting for 3,30,000 shares allotted on a firm basis, the net offer available to the public stands at 62,70,000 shares. The allocation breakdown is as follows:

  • Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs): 64,800 shares (1.03%)
  • Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs): 30,70,800 shares (48.98%)
  • Retail Individual Investors (RIIs): 31,34,400 shares (49.99%)

Retail investors are required to apply for a minimum of two lots, equivalent to 2,400 shares, which would necessitate an investment of Rs 2,66,400 at the upper end of the price band. For Non-Institutional Investors, the minimum application is three lots, or 3,600 shares, translating to an investment of Rs 3,99,600.

These services span across various digital channels, including SMS, RCS, Voice, WhatsApp, and Email, catering to enterprises and over-the-top (OTT) platforms. The company serves a diverse range of sectors, such as telecom, IT, travel, media, retail, healthcare, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), automobiles, e-commerce, and food and beverages.

According to the company, its financial performance has shown robust growth, with revenue increasing by 46 percent and profit after tax (PAT) rising by 42 percent between the fiscal years 2025 and 2026.
