Deepa Jewellers, a prominent Hyderabad-based company specializing in the processing and supply of 22K hallmarked gold jewellery, is set to launch its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on September 1, 2026. The public issue will offer shares within a price band of Rs 168 to Rs 177 per equity share, targeting a total raise of Rs 459.7 crore.

The Deepa Jewellers IPO will open for subscription on September 1 and close on September 3. For qualified institutional buyers, the anchor book will be available for one day on August 31. At the upper end of the price band, the company aims for a market capitalization of Rs 1,701.4 crore.
Investors can bid for a minimum of 84 equity shares, and thereafter in multiples of 84 shares. For retail investors, the minimum investment will be Rs 14,868, while the maximum permissible investment stands at Rs 1,93,284.
Issue Structure and Fund Utilization
The IPO comprises two main components: a fresh issue of Rs 250 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) where promoters will offload up to 1.18 crore equity shares, valued at Rs 209.7 crore. The offer size has been strategically reserved, with 50 percent allocated for Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), 35 percent for retail investors, and the remaining 15 percent for non-institutional investors.
The net proceeds from the fresh issue will primarily be directed towards enhancing the company's long-term working capital requirements. Approximately Rs 215 crore is earmarked for procurement, maintenance, and scaling up of inventory, with the remaining funds allocated for general corporate purposes.

Deepa Jewellers operates an organized business-to-business model, focusing on designing and outsourcing the manufacturing of gold jewellery through a network of 41 skilled karigars. The company supplies its products to various retail chains and standalone stores across key southern Indian states, including Telangana, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala. Beyond gold, Deepa Jewellers also engages in job work and trades in silver ornaments, 18K and 20K gold jewellery, precious stones, and gold bullion.
Financially, Deepa Jewellers has demonstrated robust growth. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the company reported a net profit of Rs 104.8 crore, marking a significant 158.2 percent increase from Rs 40.6 crore in the previous year. Revenue also saw a healthy rise of 37.9 percent, climbing to Rs 1,926.7 crore from Rs 1,397 crore.
Listing and Advisory Teams
The shares of Deepa Jewellers are scheduled to list on both the BSE and NSE on Tuesday, September 8. Emkay Global Financial Services and Valmiki Leela Capital are serving as the merchant bankers for the issue, while Bigshare Services has been appointed as the official registrar.
