· · 2 min read

The Delhi Development Authority has added 1,287 flats in Narela to its Nagrik Awas Yojana 2026, offering a 25% discount. Booking for these MIG and HIG units starts August 28 on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced a significant expansion of its Nagrik Awas Yojana 2026, introducing 1,287 new residential flats in Narela. This initiative, unveiled just before Raksha Bandhan, offers prospective homebuyers a substantial 25 percent discount on the listed prices.

New Inventory in Narela

The newly added inventory is situated in Pocket 3 and Pocket 4, within Sectors A1-A4 of Narela. The DDA's circular, issued on August 18, 2026, confirms the addition of these units, which comprise 790 Middle-Income Group (MIG) flats and 497 High-Income Group (HIG) flats. Detailed information, including floor plans, plinth areas, and prices after the 25 percent reduction, has been made available by the authority.

For instance, several MIG flats listed have areas ranging from approximately 126 to 140 square meters, with discounted prices falling between ₹73.7 lakh and ₹81.8 lakh, depending on the specific unit and its features.

Booking Details and Discounts

The booking process for these discounted flats will commence promptly at 12 noon on August 28, 2026, coinciding with the Raksha Bandhan festival. Allotment will strictly adhere to a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis, a system designed to ensure fairness and reward prompt applications.

The primary appeal of this latest DDA offering is the generous 25 percent price reduction. The authority has explicitly published the discounted price for each unit, reflecting this significant concession. All terms and conditions governing the broader DDA Nagrik Awas Yojana 2026 will apply to these newly introduced flats, ensuring consistency across the scheme.

Interested individuals are advised to prepare for the booking window opening, as the FCFS model means quick action will be crucial to secure a desired unit.
