After selling Radian6 to Salesforce in 2011, LeBrun shifted his focus to addressing chronic homelessness. The 12 Neighbours community, located in Fredericton, features 96 fully furnished tiny homes. Each residence is equipped with essential amenities, including a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living area, ensuring privacy and dignity often lacking in traditional emergency shelters.
However, housing is just one component of LeBrun's vision. The community also integrates a range of support services and economic opportunities:
