Chandrapur-based Caliber Mining & Logistics, an integrated service provider for coal extraction and logistics, is set to finalize the basis of allotment for its Initial Public Offering (IPO) today, Wednesday, July 22, 2026. Investors who participated in the highly anticipated issue are now eager to confirm their share allocations.
IPO Details and Subscription Overview
The Caliber Mining & Logistics IPO was open for bidding from July 17 to July 21, 2026. The company offered its shares in a price band of Rs 402-424 apiece, with a minimum lot size of 35 shares. The IPO aimed to raise Rs 450 crore, which included a fresh share sale of Rs 400 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of up to 11,79,245 equity shares.
The issue received an overwhelming response from investors, being subscribed a staggering 146.64 times overall, attracting nearly 38.45 lakh applications and bids worth approximately Rs 48,720 crore. The Qualified Institutional Bidders (QIBs) portion was subscribed 240.71 times, while Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) saw their quota subscribed 267.36 times. Retail bidders also showed strong interest, with their portion subscribed 41.15 times.
Grey Market Premium (GMP) Update
Despite the bumper bidding, the Grey Market Premium (GMP) for Caliber Mining & Logistics has seen a notable correction. Currently, the GMP stands at Rs 85-90 per share, suggesting a potential listing gain of 20-21 percent for investors. This is a decrease from its earlier premium of Rs 115-120 apiece observed over the weekend, following a muted listing performance by SBI Funds Management.
Allotment Odds for Investors
Given the significant oversubscription, the probability of receiving an allotment is relatively low across all categories:
- Big HNI Category: Approximately 1 investor out of 61 will receive 490 shares (Probability: 1.64 percent).
- Small HNI Category: Around 1 investor out of 214 will receive 490 shares (Probability: 0.47 percent).
- Retail Category: Roughly 1 investor out of 33 will receive 35 shares (Probability: 3.03 percent).
Refunds for unsuccessful bidders and debit messages for successful applicants are expected to be processed by Thursday, July 23, 2026. The shares of Caliber Mining & Logistics are scheduled to be listed on both BSE Ltd and NSE on Friday, July 24, 2026.
