Shares of Apar Industries experienced a significant rally today, climbing over 9% following the announcement of its impressive first-quarter financial results. The electrical infrastructure, conductors, and cables manufacturer saw its stock price reach Rs 14,642, a 9.2% increase from its previous close of Rs 13,408.
Strong Financial Performance Fuels Investor Confidence
The company's market capitalization expanded to Rs 55,414 crore as investors reacted positively to the robust Q1 figures. Apar Industries reported a substantial 29% increase in revenue for the quarter, reaching Rs 6591 crore, up from Rs 5104 crore in the same period last year. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) also saw a remarkable 63% surge, hitting Rs 814 crore compared to Rs 501 crore in Q1 of the previous fiscal year.
Net profit for the quarter rose sharply by 78% to Rs 467 crore, significantly higher than Rs 263 crore recorded in Q1 FY26. Total income for the quarter climbed 29% to Rs 6,625 crore, against Rs 5,129 crore in the year-ago period. The EBITDA margin improved to 12.4% in Q1 FY27, up from 9.8% in Q1 FY26 and 8.8% in Q4 FY26.

The recent surge contributes to an outstanding performance over the past six months, during which Apar Industries stock has doubled, delivering nearly 100% returns to shareholders. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 17,148 on June 24, 2026, after falling to a 52-week low of Rs 6800 on January 21, 2026.
Currently, the stock's Relative Strength Index (RSI) stands at 40.4, indicating it is neither in an overbought nor oversold territory on technical charts. Apar Industries shares are trading above their 5-day, 100-day, 150-day, and 200-day moving averages, though below their 10-day, 20-day, 30-day, and 50-day averages.
