Investment analysts have identified three prominent Indian companies—Physicswallah Ltd, Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T), and Tata Consumer Products Ltd—as strong 'Buy' recommendations. These recommendations come with significant target prices, indicating potential upsides for investors, with L&T projecting the highest target of Rs 4,400.

The analysis highlights the robust growth prospects and strategic initiatives driving these companies, positioning them favorably in their respective sectors.

Physicswallah Ltd: Expanding Education Horizons

Physicswallah, a leading online education platform, is poised for substantial growth, supported by its diversified business segments. The company has reaffirmed its ambitious FY27 guidance, targeting 30% year-on-year (YoY) total revenue growth and an impressive 100% YoY pre-Ind AS Ebitda growth.

Its online operations are expanding beyond traditional JEE and NEET preparation to include K-12 and state board curricula, tapping into broader educational markets. Furthermore, the offline business is expected to approach break-even by FY27, while online pre-Ind AS Ebitda margins are projected to remain robust at 30-35% over the next four to five years. Physicswallah is also strategically expanding into new categories and strengthening its presence in the South Indian market.

Larsen & Toubro Ltd: Infrastructure and Global Reach

For engineering and construction giant Larsen & Toubro, order inflows have dramatically increased across both domestic and international markets. The company reported approximately Rs 1.3 lakh crore in order inflows during Q2FY27, with a significant Rs 77,500 crore originating from the Middle East.

L&T boasts a substantial prospect pipeline of Rs 15 lakh crore for 9MFY27 and an order book valued at Rs 7.8 lakh crore as of June 2026. The company is actively pursuing further international growth in regions like Europe, Africa, Canada, and North Asia, complementing its strengthened Middle East operations. Domestically, L&T sees strong opportunities in private-sector projects and specific government segments, including buildings, factories, semiconductor plants, data centers, and thermal power projects. Core EPC revenue is anticipated to grow at a 14% CAGR between FY26 and FY29.

Tata Consumer Products Ltd: Diversifying Growth Portfolio

Tata Consumer Products is demonstrating resilience in its established tea business while simultaneously seeing its growth portfolio become an increasingly vital contributor. This growth portfolio, encompassing brands such as Tata Sampann, Tata Soulfull, Capital Foods, Organic India, and various ready-to-drink beverages, has significantly boosted its contribution to the India business.

From approximately 8% in FY21, the growth portfolio's share surged to about 31% in FY26. It surpassed Rs 4,000 crore in FY26, achieving a 24% YoY growth, and further accelerated to 47% YoY growth in Q1FY27, underscoring the success of its diversification strategy.
