Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet specific criteria regarding experience, age, and educational qualifications as of April 1, 2026:
Experience and Age:
- Senior Consultants: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, under 45 years of age.
- Consultants: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, under 40 years of age.
- Young Professionals: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, under 32 years of age.
Education and Skills:
- A Master's degree or MBA in Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Alternatively, an LL.B with Bar Council enrolment and relevant experience in legal research or service matters before tribunals or courts.
- Mandatory proficiency in Microsoft Excel, other spreadsheet applications, and presentation tools.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in pay fixation, compensation, or establishment matters.
Compensation and Application Details
The monthly remuneration for full-time contractual roles is as follows:
- Senior Consultants: ₹1.8 lakh
- Consultants: ₹1.2 lakh
- Young Professionals: ₹90,000
Part-time arrangements (12-day or 6-day basis) are also available, with proportionate rates. Applicable taxes will be deducted at source.
